                                                       (just obey boss silently?)
                                                         
If obeying your bosses is the only pure motive of doing a job ?
Or can we imagine a job in which we can decide our own salary , own duty time , own vacations or holidays ?

 There are actually two kinds of jobs that we generally do,

The first kind of job is :   
                                         " GAMBLING WITH LIFE '' 
Everything about life's business is just colorless like accounting , figuring , adding up numbers. It just smells like nothing , tastes like nothing, utterly nothing. Sometimes there is a strange kind of smell of check book or salary. Basically,taking salary from your boss makes you feel good psychologically , makes you feel authorized to something , makes you feel strong, independent but all this is just for a spec of time because soon one will say that my salary is not enough , I m not happy with my job, I want to leave my job  and this is because of that salary slip at the end of month  which eventually makes people shut mentally , there is no improvement , no growth at all but still some people don't have that much courage in them that they can follow their dreams, achieve something big in life and enjoy it at the same moment of time. For some people following dreams actually doesn't exists because its more hectic,needs more patience , more hard work then why not settle for less.

The second kind of job is :
                                   " GAMBLING WITH DREAMS ''  
These are more colorful , smells nice,makes you feel good and happy about yourself. But which are those jobs ?
These jobs are your passion , your talents and following those brings a lot more in you.
(Writers , Artists , Painters , may be Musicians)
The jobs where there is no destination , where focus is not
earning money or taking salary slip at the end of month
because just doing you job is making you so happy and
cheerful.

"FIGURE OUT A WAY IN WHICH YOU ARE PAID FOR PLAYING "

 Everybody is just trying is do the paperwork in life,
 BUT WHY??
Once, there was a man who runs avocado farms and one day he said " i want to hire a employee to do the paperwork ".
He found the employee for the job.
One day employee asked him " How come you don't do paperwork " ?
 The man replied,
I love to grow avocados and farming , and I am doing what I love , as you love to do the paperwork.
The employee replied " No I don't like to do the paper , I am just doing it because I  need to earn money ".
The farmer replied " So my son , do what you love if you wanna live longer in life ".

In the same way do what you love , earning is a secondary thing to think about.

Do what you love , follow your passion , dreams eventually do come true , have faith and believe yourself , everything happens at a specific time with specific chances to succeed......
