CORONA Update

CORONA IS NOW PLAYING WITH  PEOPLE's PSYCHE  Firstly this is the Corona (covid-19) update till this moment , 2:17 pm , 30/4/2020 , We have 3 023 788 cases in 213 countries and territories with 208 112 confirmed cases . So how corona is playing with our mind , back in days people use to say that  " i wish i can stay home and sleep for a whole day " ,  " i wish i can spend some time with family and enjoy a little "  GOD listened us , our collective consciousness works , we are getting too many holidays and too much time with family and too much time to read that book which you were waiting to read from last month .  But are we that much comfortable in our houses with our family or that book , NO suddenly we have a excess amount of energy which we use to spend at our offices and educational places , and guess what no we don't know where to use this energy , we are getting food to eat at home (except some) , lots of time to do ...

Life is like INK

Life is difficult, its not a piece of cake that you can eat easily. For one to succeed in life, you have to work your ass off and find a way to proceed further and stay strong upfront to cope with whatever is coming in the way. Things can be made easier by changing perspective, but at the end you will have to find your way. A nicer suggestion would be to be like INK that always finds it's way out from the pen. Pen is like life in which ink is strongly compressed and filled but as soon as the the nib of the pen comes in contact with the paper, ink comes out and creates wonders. Change your HABITS

REPETITIONS MAKE YOU  So Repetition is all connected to Habits , we make and get rid of bad habits by the formula of repetition . To adopt some new good habit we keep on practicing that good habit for days and days and after all those practices we finally achieve that particular goal which we want to achieve . The same rule is applicable for bad-habits also , take this example , a man keep on eating fast food which is full of dirty fat so over the period that person get some heart disease and doctor say " quit fast food" and suddenly its really - really hard to quit fast food .  Why? because he practiced that eating habits for years and years so now all of a sudden he is unable to change that habit ,either is right or wrong . This repetition is also applicable for your mind also , scientist says we learn our most of habits from the age of 1 to 7 and then we continue those same habits for the rest of our life , some are good and some are worse...

CONCENTRATION So , Concentration is the power to put all of your focus at one place . Our mind is a complexly wired mechanism in which some times wiring or programs that we intentionally put in,tangles up and then it becomes hard for a human being to concentrate on a specific moment at a time . There is a manual for everything in this world , mobiles , laptops anything you name it , but don't get any kind of manual for our brain , even our parents who actually made us they don't even have manual of how to use brain .  So how we build concentration ? DIET So there are many studies which states that our moods are actually related to food and if we just change the way of eating we can change the way of our life . So , there are experiments that show that if we just eat healthy food , with less oil and less harmful fat , we will be more productive the whole day .  Moreover i don't get these energy drinks kinds system , why we need that if you are feeling low take a nap , eat some carbs , or just get up from the desk on which you are sitting and walk for a while . EXCUSES People often give excuses for small things in their lives and for those excuses they have a lot of reasons . Today, I was just searching for  the Nobel prize winners in this world and I was amazed to read that the youngest girl to won Nobel peace prize is  MALALA YOUSAFZAI  She was 17 years old when she won the prize , with a tremendous speech and vision for future  and many women even in their old age give such a lame and dumb excuse for their situation and society  being dominated by a male . Malala was shot on her face just for going to school and getting education , and not for just herself , she fought for many more girls who just wanted to study and get a proper education for their future. FOOD

Eating food is the one thing that we are blessed to do for sure everyday. No matter where we are, whom we are with, what are the circumstances, one can't be hungry and one just can't survive without eating. The process of eating is actually: "PROCESS OF ENERGIZING" but it is drastically under rated by people today. Eating majorly takes around 10/15 min per meal, that is not much time but still people actually do all unnecessary stuff in those 10 min. Stop doing this. LOVE In this situation of pandemic suddenly the feelings and defination of love changed drastically , Suddenly , Hugs and Kisses became Weapons ,  Not visiting your Friends and Family is an act of Love , Disney is not so Magical anymore , Paris is no longer Romantic , suddenly , the Power , Beauty and Money are all worthless , Oxygen became more precious , suddenly , it doesn't matters any more from which caste or creed you belong ,  A lot of things changed . The world continues it's life and nature puts Humans into cages . Stop giving yourself so importance , you are not so important for earth , earth will work fine with Air , Water , Land , think of yourself as a guest , and be gentle towards each other .
