So , what is Calisthenic workout ?
It is the oldest form of workout .It is a form of workout which is done by your own body weight , only more weight is added sometimes to increase pressure on muscle . In this era where people feel that going to gym , and lifting weight or doing that extreme workout can only give you an ideal body , which is not true .
You can achieve your ideal body by just using your own body weight .
There are many benefits of doing calisthenic workout , like
increase person's Endurance , muscle endurance is defined as for how much time muscle can handle the pressure and exhaust.
This type of exercise is also beneficial for flexibility , gives body a nice stretch .

God made us so perfect that we don't need anything mechanical to stay healthy or sooo ..
