REPETITIONS MAKE YOU
So Repetition is all connected to Habits , we make and get rid of bad habits by the formula of repetition .
To adopt some new good habit we keep on practicing that good habit for days and days and after all those practices we finally achieve that particular goal which we want to achieve .
The same rule is applicable for bad-habits also , take this example , a man keep on eating fast food which is full of dirty fat so over the period that person get some heart disease and doctor say " quit fast food" and suddenly its really - really hard to quit fast food .
Why?
because he practiced that eating habits for years and years so now all of a sudden he is unable to change that habit ,either is right or wrong .
This repetition is also applicable for your mind also , scientist says we learn our most of habits from the age of 1 to 7 and then we continue those same habits for the rest of our life , some are good and some are worse .
Some people have a habit to always think negative about each and everything , they fixed that negativity in their brain and practiced that for a prolonged period of time so now its a normal behavior of that person .
How to change our sub-conscious state for habits?
The answer is Repetition , we recognize what is wrong in our mind , which habits are wrong and which are right , what we want to change ?
We will practice continuously the behavior we want to achieve and after some time we are good to go .
Most of people use these techniques in achieving bad things like , negativity , sadness , depression and my more psychological diseases ,which is a clear sign that we are not realizing what we are doing wrong or right .
