Eating Disorders.......
We generally see a lot of people facing this problem.
What happens is that people who have this issue generally end up eating more than they stopped themselves to eat for the whole day.
People having this problem have no control over their eating patterns.
From the start of the day, they are acting very cautious and are eating very less so that they don't intake any extra caloric.
But as soon as some problem pops, or they are nervous, or anxious or worried about something, they start eating anything and that too without any control on their mouth.
I want to ask what is the sense of dieting the whole day when by the end of the day you are going to end up eating pizzas and pastas?????
The main hidden question over here is:
WHY PEOPLE ACTUALLY DO IT??
IS IT INTENTIONAL OR UNINTENTIONAL???
The kind of disorders can be very disturbing for others to watch as to people suffering from these issues are in a helpless but all this,
" I AM NOT ABLE TO STOP IT"
phrase is just an escape because there is nothing that is not a consequence of your actions and there is no consequence that can't be accepted with open arms without it doing any further damage to you.
It is basically a kind of a physical distraction that people tend to generate intentionally unintentionally in order to distract themselves from the main problem that had just popped in front of them.
It is just a slip of a taste for the tongue for the temporary basis that kind of working in off tracking the attention and focus from the main problem that persists in the life of the people at that point of time.
It can be considered same as the addiction of alcohol.
There are people who say that they get relieved by having alcohol and staying in the booze of these drugs .
All this targets straight to the individual's need to escape.
Food is for nourishing you,
Alcohol is for giving a temporary booze,
Drugs are for adrenaline rush,
and that's it......
That is their work. PERIOD
Don't expect and over-hype the need of any particular thing and make it your addiction
Letting things remain in their limit is good (conditions applied).....
