So, what this exactly means , in my perspective God is trying to say that the power doesn't exists in those who have are harmless to the world or very nice to each other , instead the power exists in those who are dangerous but still keep all those weapons hidden deep in their life . 



A person should always know when to bring our his weapons because showing off his weapons make him weak , but keeping weapons hidden in life and living a humble life is the key of having a great life . 

A good man always keep his families needs first and full fill all their desires but a great man is that ' with whom the whole family feel safe ' .

Safety comes when you know that the person is soft enough to listen to me and strong enough to earn respect in the society. 

That is why God said " power exists in those who have weapons sheath under their will " .
