DIET
So there are many studies which states that our moods are actually related to food and if we just change the way of eating we can change the way of our life .
So , there are experiments that show that if we just eat healthy food , with less oil and less harmful fat , we will be more productive the whole day .
Moreover i don't get these energy drinks kinds system , why we need that if you are feeling low take a nap , eat some carbs , or just get up from the desk on which you are sitting and walk for a while . These customized drinks actually disturbs our body permanently and after some time they become the need of body , so basically you are an addict of energy drink .
Depression is a state of feeling low and having no color of happiness , so some says that our day to day eating will change the way of seeing things , like some psychologist suggest only and only meat and salt to cure depression and while on the other hand side some suggest that vegan diet is best .
Ofcourse , there is this factor in account also that atleast in vegan diet we are not killing anybody and not having any kind of regret in mind that we are eating a living being .
So as humans we have to use our brain and think and keep on experimenting with our body to find out what suits us or what doesn't .
